Congratulations to the Jets Summer Tournament Teams!

The Peewees took 1st place in the Valencia Memorial Day Tournament. The Bantams won 2nd place in the Glacial Garden Memorial Day Tournament. Way to go Jets!

Jets 16AA Tryouts

Cost is $75 for all try outs. Practices will be 2 practices on Saturday and one on Sunday.

Reminders to All Coaches and Officials

You must renew your security clearance this summer if it expires in September. There is a new CAHA process and there will no longer be grace to allow anyone on the ice until the results are received and posted.

All coaches who need to renew certification must get online and complete that as soon as possible to assist with registering our teams with USA Hockey for the fall. Coaches can e-mail Shannon Nadasdy the confirmation #’s if renewal is completed online, or you can provide her hard copies of your USA Hockey confirmation and a front and back copy of your coaching card if taking a course for a new level this fall.

New USA Hockey Coverage Dates

The Annual USA Hockey registration is now required for all fall season coaches & players. Although last year’s registration expires August 2009, there is an overlap this season and the new USA Hockey registration is now required for all returning players so that we can upload player information into the USA Hockey system in June. The new USA Hockey registration will run from May-May each year. Go to USAHockey Online Registration.

Jets Summer Hockey Program

Mites skills and drills: Monday 6-7pm and Saturday 12-1pm. Cost:$10/session

Squirts skills and drills: Monday 7-8pm. Cost: $10/session

Under 18 Pick Up Hockey: Saturday 9:15 - 10:45pm, Cost $15/session
